Obesity is a medical condition characterized by excessive body fat accumulation. inside the case of obesity, the quantity of adipose or fatty tissue exceeds everyday and offers the individual an extraordinary look. obesity is measured with the aid of body mass index (BMI).BMI is calculated by dividing a person's weight (in kilograms) and a square in height (in meters). Obesity is a long-term condition that interferes with daily life. Anyone, regardless of age or gender, can be overweight. Obesity leads to life-threatening illnesses inclusive of cardiovascular disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, liver disease, renal disorder, gall bladder ailment, most cancers and so forth.Obesity also causes shortness of breath, osteoarthritis, heartburn, withdrawal problems, and depression.


An obese person often feels embarrassed because of his or her poor physical condition. An obese person develops rapid, uncontrollable weight, sweats profusely and produces excess body odor, is easily tired, suffers from shortness of breath and feels weak. 


Causes of obesity can be listed as follows:

      Homemade Fixes  


1. Mix the juice of half the tongue with 1 teaspoon of honey in a glass of warm water and drink the solution on an empty stomach very early in the morning. This will help you to lose extra pounds.


2. Pour 3 tablespoons of lemon juice into a cup of water. Add honey and half a teaspoon of pepper powder to the solution. Mix and drink 2 daily. This is a useful way to treat obesity.


3. Eat 1-2 ripe tomatoes for breakfast instead of other foods. This will treat obesity well.


4. Dip 4-5 Indian plum leaves in water and keep them overnight. Strain the solution in the morning and drink the liquid on an empty stomach to remove excess fat.


5. Eat a lot of cabbage salad. This is often an efficient home remedy for obesity.


6. Drinking green tea is the solution to the obesity problem.


7. Dip 1-2 tablespoons of kulthi beans(horse gram) into water overnight. In the morning, drink the mixture on an empty stomach after straining. This helps to cope with obesity.


8. Remove the fresh carrot juice, add water and mix the mixture in a blender. Strain and drink juice to relieve obesity.


9. Mix some honey with ginger paste and take it with a tablespoon of natural chebulic myrobalan extract. This is a useful remedy for obesity.


10.Eat 10 curry leaves in the morning. This produces good results in the treatment of obesity.
